Andreas Johnsson, the new Managing Director of Cetetherm Group

Andreas is basically an economist and a civil engineer and has previously worked with heat pumps at NIBE Energy Systems in various leading positions, including as Product Manager for geothermal heat pumps, but also with various board assignments within the NIBE Climate Solutions business area. Most recently Andreas had the role of Marketing Manager at NIBE, which is in the same business area as Cetetherm.

With a month in place, Andreas sum up Cetetherm in two words - passion and commitment - something that permeates the entire company.

"After meeting most of the employees, I am struck by the fact that there is a unique driving force in all of them", says Andreas. "A desire to continously develop through innovative and market-leading products and to be part of the green transition in Europe".

In the short term, Andreas sees a challenge in balancing a generally slower market in combination with the necessary decisions to create a stable platform with profitable growth.

"We look forward to the completion of our new factory in Ronneby, Sweden, which will gather the entire company under one roof, which is a prerequisite for growth and our long-term goals to be achieved".

As Managing Director, you work closely with all parts and departments within the company - both in short-term and long-term perspective.

"This means my work is very varied, where every day is unique, while at the same time I get to meet a lot of people to solve challenges with. I enjoy that, says Andreas".

It´s not just a busy schedule at Cetetherm during the day, it´s also busy at home. Andreas has three sport-interested children, whom he follows to soccer matches and karate competitions. If there is time to spare, he likes to devote himself to his own older farm where the family lives.

"Building care and sustainability in general are close to my heart", concludes Andreas.
